Website Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs consumers' rights regarding the legal conformity guarantee applicable to products sold through the website www.zorelia.com, owned by GEOMIR CONSULTING S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

This policy supplements the website's Terms and Conditions and does not limit the rights granted to consumers by applicable law, in particular Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods.

1. LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

   All products sold through the website benefit from the legal conformity guarantee provided for by the law in force.

   The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product and which becomes apparent within the period provided for by law.

   The Seller's liability period for lack of conformity is 2 years from the date of delivery of the product, under the terms of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.

2. WHEN CAN A WARRANTY CLAIM BE MADE?

   The consumer may request the application of the legal guarantee when the product shows a lack of conformity, under the terms of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods.

   By way of example, a lack of conformity may exist when:

   • the product delivered is different from the one ordered;
   • the product is damaged at the time of delivery;
   • the container is broken, cracked, or has defects that affect the use of the product;
   • the spray, dosing, or closing mechanism is defective;
   • the product is expired or has an inadequate shelf life at the time of delivery;
   • the product has a manufacturing defect.

   The above examples are for guidance only and do not limit the rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

3. CONSUMER RIGHTS

   In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer benefits from the rights provided for by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.

   The consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity through repair or replacement, in each case free of charge, unless doing so is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on the Seller, under the terms of the law.

   If the product cannot be brought into conformity, the consumer may benefit from a corresponding price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions provided for by applicable law.

   The measures to bring the product into conformity will be carried out free of charge for the consumer, within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

4. SITUATIONS NOT COVERED BY THE LEGAL GUARANTEE

   The legal guarantee does not cover situations where the lack of conformity is caused by:

   • improper use of the product;
   • failure to follow the instructions for use or storage;
   • damage to the product after delivery due to the consumer's fault;
   • normal wear and tear resulting from use;
   • interventions or modifications made to the product;
   • accidents, impacts, exposure to chemical substances, or other external causes beyond the Seller's control.

   Likewise, the legal guarantee does not apply solely on grounds related to the consumer's personal preferences, such as:

   • choosing an unsuitable shade;
   • dissatisfaction with the smell, color, or texture of the product;
   • the fact that the product does not match the consumer's individual preferences.

5. SEALED PRODUCTS

   In accordance with art. 16 letter e) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, sealed products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, cannot be returned after being unsealed, do not benefit from the right of withdrawal after unsealing.

   This exception concerns exclusively the right of withdrawal from the contract and does not affect the consumer's rights arising from the legal conformity guarantee when the product shows a lack of conformity.

6. HOW CAN A WARRANTY CLAIM BE SUBMITTED?

   Please fill out the Online Product Warranty Claim Form to notify us about items you consider non-compliant or defective. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at hello@zorelia.com with the following details: full name, invoice number and date, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos of the product, if applicable.

   The Seller reserves the right to request additional information when necessary to resolve the claim.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

   This Warranty Policy is supplemented by the provisions of the website's Terms and Conditions, as well as by the applicable legal provisions on consumer protection.
