How to Order

Placing orders at Zorelia is exclusively available online directly through our store platform. The ordering process is designed to be fast, secure, and intuitive across all devices (mobile, tablet, or desktop).
 

Steps for Placing an Online Order

1. Selecting Products

   Explore our catalog using the main category menu or the quick search bar. Once you have found the desired product, select the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button.

2. Shopping Cart

   You can view your selected items at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner. Here you can adjust quantities, apply a promo code, or proceed directly to checkout by clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

3. Filling Details & Choosing Delivery

   On the checkout page, select your destination country and preferred delivery method:

   1. Domestic Delivery (Romania):
      • Express Courier to Address: Direct to your doorstep, anywhere in the country.
      • Parcel Locker Network: Flexible 24/7 pickup from partner lockers (Easybox / FANbox / DPDbox / GLS).
   2. International Delivery (Outside Romania / EU): Fast international courier shipping directly to your address in eligible destination countries. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination.

4. Selecting Payment Method

   Choose the payment option suitable for your destination:

   1. Online Card Payment (PayU): Available for all orders (Domestic & International). 100% secure processing (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) with an instant 5% discount applied directly at checkout.
   2. PayPo - Buy Now, Pay Later: (Romania only) Receive products now and pay PayPo within 30 days or in installments, benefiting from an instant 5% discount.
   3. Card Payment at Locker: (Romania only) Contactless card payment directly at the locker terminal upon pickup.
   4. Cash on Delivery: (Romania only) Payment in cash upon parcel handover by the courier.

5. Confirming Order

   Review your purchase summary and press the order confirmation button. Right after placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirming all details along with your order number.

Customer account: You can place orders as a guest or by creating a customer account. An account allows you to track shipment status in real time, view order history, and save details for faster future checkouts.
